Commercial Terms

Welcome to Prego webshop. Here you can order current items from Prego Eyewear. You can choose to have your order delivered to an address of your choice or to a parcel shop of your choice. When you shop in the Prego Eyewear webshop you automatically accept the terms below. We therefore recommend that you read the terms carefully before you shop with us.

New customer

You can of course see all our products on the webshop without being logged in or registered as a customer. You must be 18 or older to shop with us. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Ordering

After ordering, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail, which also contains information about the delivery address or the dealer selected by you incl. opening hours and cancellation, return and complaint rights.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a purchase invoice by e-mail, which also contains track and trace information. Your purchase invoice is also your warranty card.

When you shop at Prego Eyewear, agreements are made in English and regulated under Danish law.

Payment and security

All prices for Prego eyewear's Danish-language webshop are stated in DKK & € and include 25% VAT.

At Prego Eyewear webshop you can pay with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Mastercard, MobilePay & ApplePay. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse.

We treat credit card information confidentially and we never store the information. Since it is our payment provider (DIBS) who makes the credit card entry page available, we are never in possession of information from your credit card. This is done to ensure confidentiality between us and you. We only store the necessary information that is needed to withdraw the amount from your account, that is, we only store the payment id that we receive from PBS (via DIBS).

Free shipping & returns

We always deliver your order for free throughout Denmark & EU (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland) with PostNord.

We do not ship to countries outside the EU. If you have any questions about delivery in other European countries than Denmark, please feel free to contact us at webshop@prego.dk or phone +45 65 94 15 40.

If you regret your purchase, you can return without shipping costs as Prego Eyewear pays the return freight if you use the supplied return label from PostNord. Remember to include a copy of your purchase invoice received by e-mail on delivery. See also more in the section "The condition of the item when you return it".

Delivery

You can decide for yourself whether you want to have your order delivered directly to your home or another address such as f.ex. your workplace or a PostNord parcel shop of your choice.

Your order is delivered by parcel shipment via PostNord. The normal delivery time in Denmark is 1-2 business days (5-6 business days in the EU) after we have received the order. 

If delays occur with the carrier, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the scheduled delivery date. Prego Eyewear webshop and its dealers cannot be held responsible in B2B trades for delays with the carrier and conditions that are beyond our reach, including weather conditions, defective delivery from third parties etc.

Generally

We always ship your orders as parcel post with track & trace. This means that you can follow the package to you, and we can track the package if delivery problems should occur. If the package and/or the contents are damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 business days by phone + 45 65 94 15 40 (Monday to Thursday from 9.00 to 16.30 and Friday from kl. 8.30 to kl. 16.00) or by e-mail: webshop@prego.dk which we answer within 24 hours on business days.

Customs & VAT

If you order from Denmark, you pay Danish VAT (25%). If you order from another EU country, Danish VAT (25%) is paid, but no duty according to. EU rules on the free movement of goods.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to webshop@prego.dk or use the standard withdrawal form that you find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

If you regret part of your purchase, you can return without shipping costs as Prego Eyewear pays the return freight if you use the supplied return label from PostNord. Remember to include a copy of your purchase invoice received by e-mail on delivery. See also more in the section "the condition of the item when you send it back".

Return policy

Once you have notified us that you will regret your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. Prego Eyewear pays the return freight if you use the supplied return label from PostNord.

Otherwise, you will have to pay for the package to be returned, and you will be liable if a damage occurs during transport. We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the goods, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may cause an impairment of the goods.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same means of payment as you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation of having returned it.

Right of complaint

When you shop at Prego Eyewear as a consumer, the rules of the Danish sale of Goods Act apply. This means that you have a warranty for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a reduction in the price – depending on the specific situation. This of course means that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior. There must be advertising within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.

Our customer service will assess how to best resolve your complaint.

Should the item be returned to us, we will send you a return label to be affixed to the package. The return address is pre-printed on the submitted return label. Always remember to send the item back in proper packaging and enclose a copy of your purchase invoice received by e-mail on delivery.
