The right of the Federal

As a consumer, you have 14 days ' right of withdrawal when you're acting with us.

The grace period expires 14 days after the day you have received your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order, but they are provided individually, the deadline is running out from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from the receipt to give us the message that you'll be sorry for your purchase. You can send an e-mail to webshop@prego.dk or use the default undo form that you find at the bottom of the trade conditions.

You cannot regret the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without having to notify us at the same time.

Regret of a part of the bargain

If you have purchased more items from us, you will have the option to send one or more items in return, even though they are purchased in one order.

If you regret a part of your purchase, you can return without charting costs when Prego Eyewear will pay the return frag if you use the same returned label from the MailNord. You may want to include a copy of your purchase invoice received by email upon delivery. In addition, check the "Item's condition when you send it return".

Return

When you've notified us that you will regret your purchase, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us. Prego Eyewear will pay the return frag if you use the returned label from the MailNorth.

Otherwise, you will have to pay for the package to be returned, and you will be liable to cause an injury during transport. We are only receiving packages that are sent directly to the address.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the nature of the item, properties and the way it works, you can only get a part of the purchase amount. The amount you can get back depends on the trade value of the goods, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the freight costs back. We recommend that you send the goods back to the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may possibly result in a degradation of the goods.

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, I'll give you your money back. If the item is value degradialled, then we will dedug the amount that you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of the day on which we received your message that you will regret the agreement.

We're relapsing the money with the same payment, as you used to purchase it, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can hold down payment until we receive the goods, unless you send us documentation to have returned it.

Reclamation rights

When you shop at Prego Eyewear as a consumer, the rules on the purchase of the purchases are applicable to goods purchases. That means you've been doing the commercials for 24 months. If your advertised is justified, it means that either you can have the product repaired, switch, refund, or a blow to the price, depending on the specific situation. Of course, this stresses that the advertising is justified and that the lack of a shortage has not been caused by an erroneous use of the product or other harmful behaviour. It must be advertised within a reasonable period of time after you discover the error with the item.

At 1600 hours, or e-mail : webshop@prego.dk, which will be answered within 24 hours of the daily life. Our customer service will assess how best to solve your advertised.

Should the item be returned to us, we will submit a return label to you to be set to the package. The return address is pre-printed on the returned label. Always remember to send the item back in safe packaging, and attach a copy of your purchase invoice received by email upon delivery.
