Free from & return

We always deliver your order for free in the whole of Denmark & EU (excl. The Faroe Islands and Greenland) with the Post-North.

We do not send to countries outside the EU. If you have any questions for delivery in other European countries other than Denmark, please contact us at webshop@prego.dk or telephone 65 94 15 40.

If you regret your purchase, you can return without charting costs when Prego Eyewear will pay the return frag if you use the same returned label from the MailNord. You may want to include a copy of your purchase invoice received by email upon delivery. In addition, check the "Item's condition when you send it return".

Deliver

You can decide for yourself whether you want to deliver your order directly to your home or a different address such as your work station or a post office mail package by your own choice.

Your order is delivered as package shipment via the Mail North. The normal delivery time in Denmark is 1-2 weekdays (5-6 weekdays in the European Union) after receipt of the order.

If there are delays in the carrier, then this will delay the delivery in relation to the scheduled delivery date. The Prego Eyewear webshop and its negotiators cannot be held to account in B2B-trades for delays in the transport and relationship beyond our reach, including weather conditions, defective delivery from third parties.

General

We always send your orders as package mail with track & trace. This means that you can follow the package path to you, and we can track the package in case of delivery problems. If the package and / or contents are damaged at the receipt, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 working days on phone 65 94 15 40 (Monday to Thursday from at 9 p.m.) 9 a.m. to 9. 4:30 and Friday from 0100 hours. 8.30 to 0800 hours. At 1600 hours, or e-mail : webshop@prego.dk, which will be answered within 24 hours of the daily life.

Customs & Tax

Do you pay Danish taxes (25%) to you from Denmark? If you order from another EU country, Danish VAT (25%) is paid, but no customs duties in respect of EU rules on the free movement of goods.
