Welcome to the Prego Eyewear web shop. Here you can order current products from Prego Eyewear. You can choose between having your order delivered to the address of your own choice or, in selected countries, to collect it from one of our many dealers.

Making a purchase on the Prego Eyewear web shop means that you accept the terms and conditions outlined below. We therefore recommend that you carefully read our terms and conditions before making a purchase with us.


New customers

You can of course see all the products in our web shop without having to log in or create a customer profile.


Log in

If you already have a customer profile, remember to log in before you place your order. To log in, you will need your user name and password.


How to make a purchase

1. Find the products you would like to buy and add them to your cart by clicking on Add to cart.

2. Once you have found the products you would like to buy, select Go to checkout.

3. Enter your address information. If you already have a customer profile, this information will already be filled in.

4. Enter your delivery address or select one of the listed dealers as a collection point.

5. Check that all the information is correct and approve the terms and conditions of purchase.

6. Enter your payment details and authorise the purchase.

Placing an order

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which will also contain information about your delivery address or the dealer you have chosen, including opening hours and information about your right of withdrawal, your right to return and your right to lodge a complaint.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a sales invoice by email, which will also include track and trace details. Your sales invoice also serves as your guarantee.

Purchases from Prego Eyewear concluded in Danish or English language and are all subject to Danish law. The legal venue for disputes is the town court in Odense. Reservation is made for products that are sold out, incorrect prices, printing mistakes and any changes to duties, etc.


Payment and security

All prices in the Danish language Prego Eyewear web shop are in DKK and all prices in the English language Prego Eyewear web shop are in Euro. All prices include 25% VAT.

You can pay for your Prego Eyewear web shop purchases by Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express or MobilePay. Payment by Dankort and MobilePay is only available in Denmark. Apart from the card fee, there are no additional payment surcharges when making a purchase from the Prego Eyewear web shop. The purchase price will not be deducted from your account until the products have been shipped from our warehouse.

Credit card details are processed confidentially and we never store information in this regard. Credit card payment entries are on a site that is operated by our payment services provider (DIBS), so we never actually get to see your credit card details. This is to ensure confidentiality between you and us. We only store information that we require to withdraw the amount from your account. In other words, we only store the payment ID that we have received from PBS (via DIBS).


Free shipping and returns

We send orders free of charge to anywhere in Denmark, Sweden and Finland (not including the Faeroe Islands and Greenland) using PostNord. For all other countries within the European Union, we use DPD as carrier.

We do not ship to addresses outside the European Union. If you have any inquiries about delivery to non-European Union countries, please contact us at webshop@pregoeyewear.dk or call us on (+45) 65 94 15 40.

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you can return it to us with no shipping charges. Prego Eyewear will pay return postage if you use the enclosed returns label from PostNord / DPD. Remember to send a copy of the sales invoice you received by email when the order was delivered. For further information, see Condition of the purchased item when you return it.


Delivery

It is up to you whether you would like your order to be delivered to your home address or to another address, such as your place of work. For selected countries, you can also choose to have your order delivered to one of our many listed authorised dealers.

Your order is shipped as a postal package using PostNord / DPD. Normal delivery times in Denmark are 1-2 working days after we received your order and 4-5 working days for all other countries within the European Union.

If our delivery provider experiences delays, this will of course delay delivery in relation to the planned delivery date. Prego Eyewear web shop and its dealers shall not be held liable for delays on the part of our delivery provider and situations that are beyond our control, including weather conditions, non-delivery, unsatisfactory delivery by a third party, etc.


General

All orders are shipped as parcel post with track & trace information. This allows you to track the package on its way to you and allows us to trace the package if there is a delivery problem.

If the package and/or its contents was damaged when you received it, contact us as soon as possible and no later than after 7 working days at webshop@pregoeyewear.dk or call us on (+45) 65 94 15 40.


Customs & VAT

Orders from Denmark are subject to Danish VAT (25%). If your order is placed from another EU country, your order will be subject to Danish VAT (25%) but there will be no duties, c.f. EU regulations on the free movement of goods.


Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. The deadline for your right to withdraw expires 14 days after the date that you or another person, selected by you, but not the shipping company, has taken the goods into their physical possession. The withdrawal deadline is satisfied if you inform us of your wish to withdraw before the withdrawal deadline has expired. You can also withdraw from your purchase by simply not collecting your order from the dealer you selected when you placed the order.

Please note that all products are supplied with a tie label. If the tie label is removed, the item is considered as having been used and your right of withdrawal will be extinguished immediately.

Prego Eyewear pays return postage if you use the enclosed PostNord / DPD return label. Remember to send a copy of the sales invoice you received by email when the order was delivered.


Condition of the purchased item when you return it

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item, it is a requirement that the item is returned in a condition that is significantly identical to the condition and quantity that you received it in.

Packaging represents a significant value for the integrity of the item. Missing or damaged original packaging can therefore result in the item no longer being considered as having been received in a significantly identical condition and quantity. Remember therefore to retain packaging until you are certain that you do not wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Please note that all products are supplied with a tie label. If the tie label is removed, the item is considered as having been used and your right of withdrawal will be extinguished immediately.

Remember to send a copy of the sales invoice you received by email when the order was delivered.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised on the purchase, we will refund the purchase sum to your payment card. We aim to refund payments as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days after we received the item by return.


Claims

The Danish sale of goods act (Købeloven) is applicable to consumer purchases from Prego Eyewear. This means that you have a 24-month period to register a complaint. If your complaint is upheld, your product will either be repaired, replaced, refunded or a discount will be offered, depending on the specific situation. This is of course dependent upon whether the complaint is upheld and the deficiency is not due to misuse of the product, or some other form of conduct that has caused the damage. Complaints must be lodged within a reasonable time after you noticed the problem with the product.

If we need you to return the item to us, we will send you a returns label that you should attach to the package. The return address is pre-printed on the returns label we will send you. Remember to return the item in sensible packaging and to enclose a copy of the sales invoice you received by email when the order was delivered.


Your account

Locate orders

Orders that have already been authorised can be seen in the web shop. We will send you an email at each stage of the ordering process in our financial system. Track and trace information will also be included in the email that we send you when your order is invoiced.


Personal information

All data that we receive will be processed with full confidentiality. We will never sell on information that we have been given. Information that you have entered will only be used to identify customers and to make it faster and easier for our customers to use our web shop.


Changing your password

You can change your web shop password. Actually, we recommend that you change your password every now and then. It is important that you choose a secure password. Avoid using your log-in name as your password. You should also avoid using blank passwords or the use of words and numbers that are easily attributable to the user.


Forgotten passwords

If you have forgotten your password, the web shop has functionality that will create a new password that will be sent to you by email. Your new password will be sent to the email address you gave us when you created your account.


Privacy and Security

Our guarantee

We guarantee that you will only ever be given the best possible customer treatment when making a purchase on the Prego Eyewear web shop. We want all our customers to be satisfied customers. We will never send emails with offers about products that you have not shown an interest in, or unless you have signed up for newsletters, etc. Any information we receive about our customers will be processed in full confidentiality. Personal information

Cookies

We use cookies to ensure that your experience in our web shop is a good one. Cookies are small files that your browser stores on your hard drive. They contain information about your identity in our web shop. This allows us to offer you a service experience that is adapted to your needs and wishes. This file will be deleted as soon as you log out. The file contains only a user-ID that identifies you. If you are using a computer that is publicly accessible, it is important that you remember to log out when you have finished using the web shop to prevent others from gaining access to the web shop using your identity.


Log of user behaviour patterns

It is our constant endeavour to improve our web shop and make it more manageable. Therefore, we store information about how the web shop is used. This data is stored in our database for later analysis, so that we can improve our services to you as a customer.
